These little crankcase breathers/oil coolers will let that pressure out ! I use two of them, one for crankcase and one for the head. To take it a step further, I insert a small nipple in the exhaust end of this breather and run a line up higher on my bike and attach a PCV valve to the end so it cannot suck air back into the engine. If you do this, make sure that you secure the valve as high as possible somewhere on your bike, like beside your gas tank. Also, to let you know, when your bike gets hot, the oil will boil up into this breather/cooler but will seep back down into the engine as the passing air cools it back down. If you do a lot of riding for long periods of time, or ride in the city where you're setting at stop-lights constantly, I would advise you to invest in an external oil cooler, which are reasonably priced if you shop around. I could go on with this subject but I don't want to get too far ahead of you and make things sound confusing. These breather/coolers are a great start and will let your engine breath, and will help it to cool to a degree. They're inexpensive and help extend you're engine's life so I personally recommend that you make this investment!
